A taster of who I am, and how I got to be where I am today

I am a qualified Personal Trainer. I trained with Premier International Ltd gaining a Diploma in Personal Training.

I was born in South Wales, but have settled with my Stokie husband in Stone after serving 22 years in the Army. I was a chef, catering for the junior & senior soldiers, the officers and royalty including HRH The Queen, HRH The Prince of Wales, HRH Princess Michael of Kent and HRH the late Queen Mother.

I traveled the world whilst serving, and saw action in N. Ireland and Bosnia. I also served in Germany, America, Poland, Canada, Hong Kong and Brunei, the latter two being on army badminton team tours, more of a sporting holiday to be honest!

My main hobbies are keeping fit, extreme/challenging walks and gardening. I currently train the North Stafford and District Ladies Netball Leagues.

My full range of services include:

  • 1-2-1 Personal Training
  • Group Training
  • Injury Rehabilitation
  • Massage Therapy
  • Nutritional Advice
  • Lifestyle Consultation

I am also qualified to work with special populations, such as people suffering with diabetes, obesity, pre & post natal, high blood pressure to name but a few.

My main passion is with children; I firmly believe that all learning should be fun and enjoyable. I currently work at Shelfield Sports and Community College. I also work with mental health groups.

I am currently delivering a 15 week healthy living program to years 5 and 6 in primary schools
