This ½ day session lasts 3 hours and consists of:

A health check including weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate,

Any medical conditions you may have, and medication you are currently taking is discussed.

We will then discuss what your goals are e.g. improve fitness levels, weight loss, or improve muscle tone.

From this we will make small achievable targets to aim for in the short term, leading to your main goal.

A training program designed specifically for your needs will then be devised.

After the health check is complete, we will then do a warm up, main training session and a cool down. The warm up would include either a fast walk or jog depending on your fitness level, or a cycle ride: followed by stretching exercises to prepare your muscles, body and mind for the main session exercises.

The main session would be specific to your requirements, e.g. weight loss, improve muscle tone, improve cardio vascular (CV) fitness; it depends on what you want to get out of the session.

It is very important to cool down after the training session, so we will go through a routine specific to what the main session contained. This will include stretching the muscles used.

Nutritional, health & lifestyle advice is given throughout.

During all this you will be taught how to do the exercises and stretches safely and effectively for when you do them on your own after you have completed the time with me.

You will also receive a program tailor made to your specific needs.

Liquid refreshments will be provided throughout.

All this and have fun at the same time!
